Glasstec is the world’s leading trade fair for the glass industry. This year was very special because is the 25th edition of the Fair and as always it’s confirmed their main role is to inspire the future of glass.
25 years of success for Mappi as well: “We want to thank the Glasstec coordinators for having a very thoughtful and special for our anniversary, every year we are very glad to be part of this wonderful experience because you can breath everywhere passion for glass, the same we live in Mappi everyday” says Nancy Mammaro, Mappi CEO.

Most of all come directly to our stand already determined to buy our furnaces on the advice of other customers. ATS 4.0 was the real star of the booth, a furnace recognized for significant cost and energy savings thanks to the GHBS Xtreme Profile Convection System, one of the Mappi plus, that makes the difference.
GHBS allows you to process all coated glass of the last generation including the LowE with 0,01 Emissivity and of course improve the quality of the glass in terms of:
- Optical Distortion
- Glass sheet flatness
- Surface defects
- Increase the maximum dimensions of temperable sheet
- Reduce cycle time and increase the productivity.
There were 4 days of successful meetings summarized in the new focus of Mappi: “DOT, Discover Our Technologies” the ambition to create a perfect circle, a project that has found motivated partners in Cugher, Triulzi and Iocco: a team able to offer an entire supply chain.
