Glaston iLooK Anisotropy – automatic scanning of all tempered glass

Online scanning of anisotropy has now been made easy for all glass produced and available for all tempering lines. The system includes a monitor at the unloading end where an anisotropy scan is shown and saved automatically in a database for load traceability. With iLooK Anisotropy, you can be certain of consistent glass quality deliveries to even your most discerning customers.

Glaston FC and RC Series – built-in intelligence

Glaston is setting new flat tempering standards with its renewed RC and FC Series™ featuring built-in intelligence with smart systems.

Glaston Insight Assistant gives operators their own assistant to automatically adjust furnace settings based on measured glass size and loading pattern information to determine the best production heating setting. It’s also a perfect scanner to verify uniform glass heating, especially for demanding Low-E coatings.

Glaston Insight Reporting is an extensive reporting system, which brings smart tools to improve glass processing machinery productivity, uptime and profitability. Now it’s possible to monitor heat treatment machinery online and get immediate feedback from anywhere in the world.

The iControL automation platform provides the intelligence needed to meet the latest processing demands. This platform extends the lifetime of any tempering line and features the easiest user interface in the market. It also includes Glaston’s extensive reporting systems. Any existing Glaston (Tamglass, Uniglass, Glassrobots) flat tempering furnace heating chamber can now be upgraded to a modern FC or RC Series based heating chamber and include Glaston iControL.

Glaston ProL – revolutionizes laminated glass production

ProL flat glass laminating furnace helps reach a production capacity balance with Low-E and clear glass because its full convection technology does not differentiate between glass types or product modes. The furnace’s convection system provides accurate and optimized heat transfer.

This gives consistently superb glass quality and an up to 100% capacity increase over traditional infrared heating. ProL is available as an upgrade for any laminating line in the market.

Glaston Insight Full Factory – monitor the performance of your entire factory

Now you can take control of your whole factory by continuously monitoring your throughput with real-time machine status and alarms. Insight Full Factory includes wireless smart tags and gateways so you can even see how things are running from your mobile phone.

XtraSharp – exceptional and long-lasting grinding performance

The sharpest grinding tool in the market today, the new metal bond XtraSharp is designed for high productivity and flawless quality. XtraSharp grinding tools allow 20% higher feed rates than with conventional wheels. These self-sharpening grinders are available for both straight-line and double-edging machines.
