EVA, Ethylene Vynyl Acetate, has been in the glass industry for many years now and had a great deal of success. 

While PVB, Polyvinyl Butiral, is still specified in some laminated projects, EVA is often accepted as an important and high performance interlayer, especially suitable for external applications exposed to weather conditions.

The choice of using fresh raw materials for every batch, supplied by selected international manufacturers, are crucial points to assure top quality and consinstency. The chemical formula has been designed in cooperation with European laboratories and universities. 

High adhesion – 12N/mm – and high transparency - > 91 per cent - are two of the most important peculiarities of REVA BF. Easy to use and process. In addition, it cannot be overheat and remains brillant after the application. 

The cross-linking method is important compared to other thermo-set products because it improves the mechanical strengh by relieving the mechanical relaxation, thus retarding the interlayer slippage. 

REVA BF is suitable to be combined with other materials, and also with some policarbonates for bullet-proof glass.
