RCN Solutions is gearing up for Glasstec 2024, showcasing innovative products, including laminating systems and automation solutions, with a focus on reducing human control in glass processing.

Glasstec is fast approaching and RCN is busy preparing all the products that will be presented in the show.

In an area of 160 sqm, proposals will include bending kilns, chemical tempering plants, laminating machines, REVA BF, RCN’s superb clear interlayer and RD CLEAN CONCEPT, the patented system for clean edges in lamination.

But the focus is lamination and RCN will introduce its new system to reduce human control on process and handling, a full laminating layout named LIA – laminating integrated automation.

A complete Made in Italy turn-key layout to work with, equipped with several facilities, and production under control with the help of the RCN’s EASY CONNECT APPLICATION too.

One model of LIA kiln in action will be displayed at Glasstec and customers can choose from different package levels: from semi-automatic to a complete control system which includes automatic doors opening/closing, automatic lifting platform and handling of the shelves, with a few or zero human interaction.

LIA is the result of the efforts of RCN’s new technical office organization whose new generation is totally technology and digital-oriented, working with enthusiasm on novelties.

RCN’s aims to facilitate the work of operators by reducing logistics and timing, program started in 2021 with the issue of RD CLEAN CONCEPT.

Last but not least, why not take advantage of the Italian hospitality by enjoying the company of a friendly team and tasty refreshments? RCN SOLUTIONS will welcome visitors to Hall 12, booth number F40.
