PUJOL GROUP closed Vitrum 2025 with excellent results, showcasing innovation in tempering, lamination, and interlayers while strengthening its global leadership in glass technology.

PUJOL GROUP’s participation in Vitrum 2025, held at Fiera Milano Rho from September 16 to 19, concluded with very positive results, demonstrating that HORNOS PUJOL and EVALAM continue to be international benchmarks in glass technology, offering advanced and highly efficient products that meet the challenges of the industry and the expectations of clients worldwide.

During the fair, professionals visiting the company’s booth were able to see firsthand its most advanced solutions. The technical and commercial teams from HORNOS PUJOL and EVALAM held numerous meetings, discussing ongoing projects and exploring new opportunities. The constant activity at the booth translated into the finalization of various exciting business agreements, reflecting both the trust of existing clients and the growing interest of new customers.

Innovation in Tempering: Temper Flex

One of the most notable products was TEMPER FLEX, HORNOS PUJOL’s glass tempering system. This oven is characterized by exceptional optical quality with minimal distortion and is the first on the market capable of combining high productivity and significant installed power with the option to operate at low consumption and reduced power according to the client’s needs.

TEMPER FLEX not only ensures energy efficiency but also operational flexibility and maximum profitability for industry professionals, adapting to different production volumes and types of glass.

Efficient and Flexible Lamination: PUJOL 100 PVB+

Another highlight was the PUJOL 100 PVB+ system, an innovative solution that, since its launch in 2011, has established itself as a comprehensive system for glass lamination with all types of interlayers on the market (EVA/PVB/SGP), revolutionizing the industry. PUJOL 100 PVB+ also stands out for its high productivity, energy efficiency (with savings of up to 70% compared to traditional systems), and reduced raw material consumption, requiring fewer film layers than tempered glass. For all these reasons, PUJOL 100 PVB+ represents a flexible and sustainable solution for producing high-quality laminated glass and is a key tool for companies aiming for excellence and leadership in production.

Preventing Spontaneous Breakage: Heat Soak Test

The HEAT SOAK TEST performs accelerated testing, the only certified method that guarantees detection of nickel sulfide with over 95% accuracy—a microscopic impurity that can cause spontaneous breakage in float glass. The process fully complies with EN 14179-1, offering excellent thermal uniformity, as well as control and traceability via software. HORNOS PUJOL also offers the HEAT SOAK TEST for laminated glass.

Evalam: Transparency, Safety, Design, and Versatility

Within the PUJOL GROUP booth, EVALAM reinforced its reputation as a global leader in the manufacture of EVA and other interlayers for architectural and decorative applications:

  • EVALAM VISUAL: an interlayer combining superior transparency, excellent adhesion, and high acoustic insulation, ideal for projects where optical quality and durability are critical.
  • AB-AR: a post-breakage structural interlayer designed to maximize safety in façades, floors, stairs, and vandalism-prone environments. Its advanced composition provides high mechanical strength and lightness.
  • Collection of 18 EVA shades: a broad palette enabling architects and designers to create unique, durable, and aesthetically striking solutions, even for demanding outdoor applications like façades or railings.
  • Evalam Mesh: micro-mesh fabrics with metallic coatings, designed to be laminated into glass. They allow architects and designers to develop unlimited solutions for glass applications, furniture components, and interior partitions.

These solutions demonstrate how EVALAM combines design, safety, and sustainability, adapting to the needs of high-demand architectural projects.
