Satinal has announced its participation in the upcoming Glasstech Mexico 2026, reinforcing its commitment to the Latin American market.

From July 15-17 at the Centro Citibanamex, the Italian glass lamination industry leader will welcome visitors at booth G17, positioning itself as a strategic partner for glass processors across the region.

Satinal’s presence highlights a strong support network tailored for the South American market, featuring a dedicated LATAM staff capable of providing local expertise, native language support, and specialized technical insights.

Innovation on display: STRATO® and TK Machinery

Satinal’s exhibit will focus on a synergy of high-end materials and advanced engineering designed to set new benchmarks in glass processing.

STRATO® interlayers: attendees will get a first-hand look at the range of high-performance EVA films, featuring 20 coloured finishings and structural interlayers. Engineered for both architectural and decorative safety glass, STRATO® is recognized for its exceptional cross-linking properties, UV protection, and optical clarity

TK machinery:

TK Lamijet: ovens designed for glass lamination. They use precise heating and vacuum technology to bond glass layers with interlayers ensuring optical clarity and structural integrity without the need for an autoclave

TK Convection: the one and only full convection technology featuring superior intelligent fast curing and smart heating technology for balanced heat distribution across the entire surface of each tray. Additionally, its automatic fast cooling ensures crystal-clear transparency at the end of the cycle, the most critical phase of the lamination process

TK Tempering: the core machinery for producing toughened glass. The process significantly increases the mechanical strength and thermal shock resistance of the glass

TK Chemical Temper: unlike thermal tempering, this process uses an ion-exchange chemical bath. It is ideal for very thin glass or complex shapes

TK HST: a critical testing oven used to identify "at-risk" tempered glass. It subjects the glass to a specific temperature cycle to trigger the breakage of any panes containing Nickel Sulfide (NiS) inclusions, preventing spontaneous breakage later in the field
