R.C.N. Solutions: we are ready to load!

The four-shelf kiln, Lammy System 4, is a real focus machine since it is equipped of two laminating chambers working with the same cycle or with two independent processes, mastered by one PLC and served by a semi-automatic lifting platform.

Volumes for laminated glass are increasing world-wide and the interest in RCN Lammy System line, combining several technical solutions, is rising accordingly.

This system offers several advantages: the possibility to diversify production, to keep one chamber off in case of there is not job enough to fill up both chambers, energy saving and faster production since the two laminating chambers heat up separately.

The safety market is becoming more and more specialized in Mexico and customers, after having experiend different solutions, not always perfoming, are now requiring quality machinery and service.

RCN is well positioned in this area thanks to the cooperation with Z. Bavelloni Mexico S.A. De C.V. that does not need any presentation since Bavelloni SPA is a well-known and appreciated international company having a high position into the glass machinery market and an excellent service.
