RCN Solutions advances innovation with LIA – Laminating Integrated Automatism.

The launch of LIA - laminating integrated automatism – at Glasstec 2024, represents the follow-up of the development of machinery carried out by RCN in the last two years, aiming to make the best use of technical innovations thus to offer a better assistance to customers.

LIA can be manufactured in two versions: automatic and semi-automatic, in different sizes and can be combined with other RCN’s additional facilites.

And the first semi-automatic one, displayed at Glasstec 2024, is now on the way to Colombia.

As a matter of fact, at the end of September, the customer had ordered one Lammy System 2, 210S, in manual version, but when he saw LIA at the show, he has been charmed by the uniqueness of this machine and decided to change his order. Especially, the customer immediately realized the advantages this system can bring in maximizing production, control and logistics.

LIA, in the active size of 2100x3600mm, is composed of one chamber with 2 shelves and one overtop storage unit with 2 additional shelves, 2 RD CLEAN CONCEPT bags and 2 Silkosoft bags.

This semi-automatic version includes:

  • automatic doors opening
  • semi-automatic horizontal positioning of the lifting platform
  • semi-automatic level positioning of the platform
  • automatic external cooling
  • automatic detection of the shelves
  • semi-automatic linear axis

The machine has remote control installed for immediate check, diagnostic and solution in case of troubles.
