Glasstec 2026 is just around the corner and Satinal is ready to showcase its latest news in glass processing technology and sustainable materials.

While visitors will explore our full eco-friendly portfolio, this year’s main highlight is an up-close experience at the one and only European leader’s chemical tempering plant— featuring a TK Chemical Temper and a TK Lamijet 02 Hybrid PRO.

At Hall 11, Booth A54, attendees will have the exclusive opportunity to experience TK machinery engineered for maximum precision, strength, and efficiency. On the occasion of Glasstec, Satinal will showcase two exclusive ovens that will impress visitors:

  • TK Chemical Temper: a true giant in glass processing. Engineered to strengthen ultra-thin glass and complex shapes, it delivers mechanical resistance with zero optical distortion. The chemical strengthening process induces high compressive stress through ion-exchange technology, substituting smaller sodium ions on the glass surface with larger potassium ions. This process offer superior mechanical resistance and bending strength. Designed for maximum durability, heat resistance, and structural reliability, the TK Chemical Temper empowers manufacturers to process delicate, high-performance glass substrates with superior quality and efficiency
  • TK Lamijet 02 Hybrid PRO: characterized by a single chamber with two trays, it incorporates an exclusive hybrid heating system combining convection and radiation. The result? Rapid processing cycles, perfectly uniform heat distribution, and ultra-transparent laminated glass

Also on display: STRATO® EVA sustainable interlayers

In addition to machinery, Satinal will present its STRATO® collection, featuring a palette of 20 colours and finishes, alongside structural films. STRATO® EVA interlayers are the world’s most sustainable glass interlayers backed by verified global EPD & HPD data, contributing directly to LEED credits for sustainable architecture. In fact, the STRATO® product range is 100% Made in Italy certified, manufactured at Satinal's Italian headquarters using a trusted European supply chain.
