National Glass is Australia’s leading wholesale supplier of flat glass building products. With several facilities around the country, its capabilities and processes include toughening, heat soaking, custom laminating, ceramic ink digital printing and insulated glass units along with advanced cutting, edgework and CNC processing.
Expert in lamination with PVB and SGP, National Glass wanted to complete its laminating production by adding a jumbo size lamination with EVA, for special products.
National Glass has composed its machine as follows:
- model: LAMMY SYSTEM 2, 3000x6000mm.
- complete of: RD CLEAN CONCEPT bags, touch screen PLC with remote control supported by application Easy Connect, lifting
- electrical lifting platform, capacity 2000kg, with automatic leveling position.
