My name is Terry Hessom. I am a project manager with HHH Tempering Resources. Been with the company now for six years. Been associated with my colleagues for 20 years.
One of the most common questions asked by our customers, again, with all brands, with all furnaces: meeting the specifications for fully tempered glass and/or heat-strengthened glass. Just what’s required to do that.
Our entire team is very skilled in the understanding of meeting those specifications and that’s where we’re very, very good at pointing them in the right direction and getting them back on track with meeting the spec.
