TK, Italian leader manufacturer of ovens for glass lamination, tempering, chemical temper and HST, has significantly expanded its footprint across North and South America over the past year, completing a series of installations that demonstrate the Company’s ability to meet the specific needs of the modern glass fabricator. From the high-volume requirements of architectural jumbos to the precision-focused needs of specialized labs, TK’s Made in Italy technology is becoming the new standard for excellence in overseas countries too.
Reputation, results, and reliability
TK’s success over the years is due not only to the reputation it has built for itself but also to the customer’s success stories. TK ovens are widely recognized for their solid, scalable, all-metal design built for longevity. Indeed, TK machines are combined with precise heating control and high-performance thermal insulation system significantly slashing energy consumption and operating costs.
This represents a strategic synergy for the business and a benchmark of quality for the clients.
One and only full convection technology
TK’s track record in the American market has seen the installation of a massive TK Convection 250x600 kiln. Equipped with six vacuum pumps, one for each tray, it meets the customer's demands for high production volumes and a continuous workflow.
The TK Convection stands out as the only full convection technology on the market. Unlike competing products, it features superior intelligent fast curing and smart heating technology for balanced heat distribution across the entire surface of each tray. Additionally, its automatic fast cooling ensures crystal-clear transparency at the end of the cycle, the most critical phase of the lamination process.
A game-changer designed for high-volume laminated glass production and manufactured with European components only, the TK Convection oven combines advanced technology with seamless ease of use. For instance, it is ideal for multi-laminated and bulletproof glass, tempered laminated glass, structural glass, railings, and balustrades. It easily handles various types of interlayers, making it versatile for any project.

TK Lamijet ovens. The ideal choice for small and medium production volumes
A global chemical leader based in the US installed a compact TK Lamijet 01 80x140, featuring radiant technology, configured for testing in their R&D department.
Furthermore, three prominent glass processors have integrated TK Lamijet 02 210x310, TK Lamijet Hybrid 02 210x360 and TK Lamijet Hybrid 04 210x360 models to refine their large-scale lamination workflows. This expansion continues into South America, where a major regional provider opted for the versatile TK Lamijet Hybrid 02 260x360 to enhance its production capabilities.
Specifically, the TK Lamijet Hybrid models are designed to integrate radiation and convection technologies within a single kiln. This dual-system technology guarantees process stability and uniform heat distribution for all interlayers and custom inserts. Thermal accuracy is maintained by an energy-efficient multizone control that independently balances power for a perfectly consistent temperature profile. Additionally, a forced cooling system reduces cycle times, ensuring the exceptional clarity and structural strength essential for premium glass manufacturing.
Scalability and 24/7 support
Beyond its flexibility, the TK Lamijet product range offers an economic argument. Designed with modular scalability in mind, TK machines allow companies to expand their production capacity in stages, adding modules as their business grows. This protects the initial investment while ensuring the facility is always operating efficiently.
TK’s value proposition extends far beyond the hardware. The Company has built a reputation for world-class service through its TKare and TKonnect 4.0 technologies. TK offers a dual-layered support system. On one hand, their expert technicians provide meticulous on-site installation and training, ensuring the machinery is perfectly integrated into the client's workflow. On the other hand, the TKonnect 4.0 system enables H24 remote assistance via the cloud. This Industry 4.0 integration allows TK team to perform real-time diagnostics and troubleshooting from thousands of miles away, often resolving issues before the client even notices a dip in performance.
TK never stops
With several ovens currently being finalized for delivery, the growth continues to build. If the current pace seems impressive, it is only the beginning: TK has been working on the next wave of installations scheduled for the coming months. This lineup includes a new TK Convection 260x600 and a TK Lamijet 04 Hybrid Pro, both representing the top of glass processing technology. These upcoming projects offer a definitive preview of future-proof installations worldwide, proving that whether it is a "Jumbo" convection system or the highly anticipated TK Lamijet Hybrid Pro, the Company remains the global benchmark for innovation and reliability.
