Recently, TK, an Italian manufacturing company specializing in ovens for glass lamination, tempering, chemical tempering, and HST, has reported a successful expansion, driven primarily by its growing reputation across the industry.

Known as a market leader and a reliable partner, TK is experiencing a year of significant milestones. While building strong connections with new customers, the company is also consolidating its relationships with long-time clients.

From the design of entry-level ovens to the production of giant automatic manufacturing lines, TK’s customers bring a diverse range of projects, ideas, and business models.

Long-time customers frequently turn to TK to support the expansion of their production capacity, resulting in bespoke manufacturing plants designed for continuous lamination cycles or high-volume production.

New customers, familiar with TK’s heritage and reputation as a trusted, highly competent partner, request medium or large lamination ovens powered by full convection or hybrid technology.

What TK stands for?

Over the years, TK has built a strong reputation, with successful installations that have consolidated its brand awareness even overseas. TK stands as a reliable partner for over 290 customers in more than 70 countries. TK's mission is to establish long-lasting relationships with its customers. This is made possible not only because TK offers robust, high-performance machinery built to last, but also because it provides 24/7 dedicated support worldwide to resolve any issues that may arise or to provide guidance on setting up lamination recipes. After-sales service is crucial to ensuring customers receive continuous support over time, preventing machine downtime and production delays.

New projects on the go

TK Convection As announced in the past weeks, TK is facing an intensive pipeline of ovens under construction and almopst ready to be installed.

An example? The brand new TK Convection 250x600 kiln, a massive full convection oven just installed in Argentina. Equipped with six vacuum pumps, one for each tray, it meets the customer's demands for high production volumes and a continous workflow. The TK Convection stands out as the only full convection technology on the market. Unlike competing products, it features superior intelligent fast curing and smart heating technology for balanced heat distribution across the entire surface of each tray. Additionally, its automatic fast cooling ensures crystal-clear transparency at the end of the cycle, the most critical phase of the lamination process.

To highlight a few upcoming projects, TK is currently constructing a TK Lamijet Hybrid PRO 02 210x310 and a TK Lamijet Hybrid PRO 02 250x450 for two South American clients, as well as a TK Lamijet Hybrid PRO 02 210x150 to be installed in North America in the second half of the year. These new ovens feature TK Hybrid PRO technology—combining radiation and convection in a single machine for medium-to-high production volumes—as well as a refreshed, contemporary aesthetic.

TK news

Last but not least, TK has proudly developed the brand-new TK Lamijet Hybrid PRO 04-3C. This new kiln was designed for a long-term customer seeking a customized solution tailored specifically to their factory floor plan and production volume needs.

TK successfully won the contract against other well-established competitors in the market. TK is the only reliable partner capable of offering—unlike any other competitor on the market—fully customized machinery to satisfy every client's request.

TK Lamijet

Custom-designed to meet the specific needs of a North American client, the new TK Lamijet Hybrid PRO 04-3C kiln features a hybrid system combining radiation, convection, and rapid heating and cooling systems.

Furthermore, it features a redesigned "body" with softer lines and aesthetic details that give the kiln a more contemporary look, in line with the latest trends. The biggest innovation, however, is the three-chamber configuration—essentially integrating three kilns into a single solution. The bottom chamber is equipped with two trays, while the other two feature one tray each. This setup is ideal for running different lamination cycles simultaneously, optimizing processing times, handling high production volumes, and reducing labor costs.
