The strategic cooperation with Siemens marks a new phase in LandGlass’ efforts to build its intelligent manufacturing capacity.

Recently, LandGlass entered a strategic cooperation agreement with Siemens to further develop the strategic partnership between the two parties, enhancing cooperation across the areas of electrification, automation, and digitalization by making contribution jointly to the standardization and digitization of “Made in China 2025” in the glass industry.

The strategic cooperation with Siemens marks a new phase in LandGlass’ efforts to build its intelligent manufacturing capacity. Thanks to the “Digital Twin” based solutions from Integrated Engineering to Integrated Operations along with its data-driven services, LandGlass will be able to deliver end-to-end data model throughout the life-cycle of the plant and control the entire production lines in the virtual environment.

As a result, it reduces operating costs of the entity while ensuring a shorter time to market, greater flexibility, and increased efficiency. By giving companies the ability to keep every stage of the product manufacturing and service under control, it will help the customers to gain competitive edge in the market.
