Save the date – October 5 to 8 in Milan at Fiera Milano Rho – for Vitrum 2021, another great opportunity to explore all the innovations launched recently by the leading Group in chemicals for the glass processing industry. After a lengthy period of pandemic-related uncertainty which, however, elicited an energetic proactive response from the glass industry, Vitrum 2021 once again opens its doors to the international world of glass with the top technologies developed by the industry’s leading players. Clients, partners, new and long-time friends will be welcomed by all the Group’s companies in Pavilion 24, stand A11 – C20.

The Fenzi Group products will be sure show-stoppers: sealants and warm edge systems for high-performance IG units, decorative paints for all fields of application, mirror-backing paints and chemicals for silvering and the most cutting-edge technology for digital printing on glass.

On display at Vitrum 2021, an extensive, highly innovative product line that improves the thermal performance of IG units and architectural facades to ensure outstanding occupant wellbeing and indoor living comfort. From primary and secondary barrier sealing solutions with the most advanced eco-compatibility features offered by Thiover, Poliver, Hotver and Butylver, to the world’s most complete range of warm edge profiles. That also includes the Butylver TPS thermoplastic spacer for the utmost in production automation that, along with Multitech, Chromatech Ultra and Thermix Tx Pro, is garnering ever-greater popularity on the international market.

Decorative glass paints and enamels with enhanced chemical resistance will also be showcased at the event. Fenzi paints guarantee the maximum freedom of expression, are extremely versatile and designed to suit any application ‒ from architecture to interior decor, home appliances to automotive, and even glass packaging. The full potential of AquaglassXpack will be revealed at Vitrum. This new line of organic, water-based paints designed for glass packaging is perfect for achieving surfaces with transparent, opaque and metallic colors and, with reduced environmental impact, thanks to the special water-based formulation with minimal VOC (volatile organic compounds) content.

The Fenzi Group’s extraordinary focus on the development of low-environmental-impact products is also aimed at the historic business unit dedicated to mirror-backing paints and solutions for mirror manufacturing. Here, the importance of Duralux Water Based mirror-backing paints developed by the Fenzi labs gains traction thanks to their contribution to the production of high-quality, eco-friendly mirrors with outstanding reflective, safety and chemical resistance properties. By leveraging water as the formulation base, the Duralux Water Based line, with extremely low VOC emissions, is a valuable advancement, benefiting manufacturers, processors, end users and the environment.

Tecglass technology for digital printing on glass will, of course, also be on stage in Milan. The Group’s digital branch will offer visitors live demonstrations of digital printing with the Vitro-Jet FC Type printer and of the many tools developed to optimize production, allowing guests a hands-on experience of their potential in terms of resolution, quality and print speed. These all-encompassing solutions for glass processors planning to switch to digital are perfect for all relevant glass industry sectors: Architecture, Automotive, Home Appliances and Commercial Refrigeration. Also certain to be on display at the show is a gallery of digitally printed glass decorations with new collections of creative patterns and textures from the Tecglass designers for the world of interior decor and architecture.
