The completion of this acquisition represents an important step in the growth strategy of the Fenzi Group.

Further to the announcement on November 24, 2021, Fenzi Holdings SPV S.p.A (“Fenzi Group”), a leading chemical company for the glass processing industry and headquartered in Milan, Italy, is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of Johnson Matthey Advanced Glass Technologies (“AGT”) business, a global provider of specialist glass enamels and precious metal pastes for the automotive, architectural, home appliance, and hollow glass markets.

The completion of this acquisition represents an important step in the growth strategy of the Fenzi Group. The combination of the Fenzi Group and AGT will bring concrete advantages for customers, who will be able to access a wide range of products for almost any type of glass processing from the traditional to the most innovative technologies, and will strengthen the Fenzi Group’s position as the largest and most complete partner for the glass industry worldwide.
