GRECO is pleased to announce that they have been awarded the railing package for one of Dallas’ most anticipated arrivals, The Victor.

Rising 39 stories, The Victor will be Dallas’ tallest residential tower in lower downtown Dallas. Project Developer, Hines Development & Partners, has assembled a great team including Munoz + Albin as the Design Architect, HOUSE + partners for Architecture and Planning, Ragni Studio (MaRS) as the interior architect, and TBG as the landscape architect. The General Contractor on the project is Archer Western, part of The Walsh Group. The luxury building will include 7,773 linear feet of GRECO’s 7/16” thick SGP “SentryGlas Plus™” laminated glass railing and privacy dividers.

“We are excited to work with The Walsh Group on another large project,” says Jim Ellsworth, President of GRECO’s US Operations. “Implementing GRECO’s laminate glass railings as well as the dividers ensures stunning 360-degree views, and the privacy, safety and satisfaction of the tower’s future residents.”

Placed in the heart of Victory Park, The Victor’s future residents are only steps away from elegant dining, shopping, and entertainment. Construction is currently underway, expected to be complete in the second quarter of 2021.
