Salem Distributing Company Acquires HHH Tempering Resources

Salem Distributing Company, Inc. (Salem), headquartered in Winston-Salem, NC has announced its acquisition of HHH Tempering Resources, Inc., a glass industry technical team and fabrication machinery provider. Effective immediately, HHH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Salem.  With this move, Salem substantially increases its foothold in the flat glass industry it serves as SALEM Flat Glass & Mirror and it makes Salem the standout leader through its offerings of the largest equipment, supply and service lineup found in the glass industry.

The acquisition is a strategic move in Salem’s greater vision of providing the glass industry with innovative solutions and unmatched service. CEO/Owner of Salem, Mike Willard, states: “Our core focus is to grow and enrich the quality of our employee-owners’ lives while delivering success to our customers. HHH will continue providing industry-leading glass tempering machinery and technical service. HHH headquarters will relocate to Winston-Salem, NC following the acquisition.
