Satinal S.p.A., Italian manufacturing leader of STRATO® interlayers for safety glass lamination, announced the upcoming opening of a new facility in Bari area, Southern Italy.

The new factory, set to become operational in September, aims to significantly enhance Satinal logistic efficiency in the Southern Italian regions. A key objective of the new hub is to provide quick deliveries and dedicated local technical assistance, ensuring timely and efficient support for STRATO® EVA interlayers throughout the area. Indeed, it will allow Satinal to better expand its distribution network across the territory, making its high-quality interlayers more readily available.

The choice of Bari as the location for this new venture is highly strategic. By establishing a local production base, Satinal can ensure technical support and a more reliable and efficient supply.

Indeed, the Port of Bari serves as a vital commercial hub, offering excellent connectivity with neighboring countries and beyond. This logistical advantage will streamline the export of STRATO® interlayers, facilitating broader market reach.

The new plant is expected to create new employment opportunities in the region and further solidify Southern Italy's role in the European architectural landscape.
