R.C.N. SOLUTIONS has taled a set of technical proposals suitable for any kind of requirement in matters of lamination, bending and chemical tempering, among which the most important one is RCN’s solution for PVB lamination under vacuum conditions. It is an important step that can make a significant difference in terms of production flexibility.
RCN’s PVB lamination system is not an adaptation: it is designed from scratch and rigorously tested to ensure superior performance.
The digitalization of machinery is not merely a technological transformation. It represents the shift from a factory where the machine produces to a factory where the machine produces in autonomy and generates information about what it is doing.
RCN supplies software that in addition to continuously monitoring the system’s operating performance, provides real-time monitoring of the overall energy consumption of the plant. This is enabled by an energy meter integrated into the electrical control panel, allowing energy consumption data to be accurately monitored and managed. This software can be supplied in different levels of functionality and complexity, designed to meet the specific needs of each company, including full production management and monitoring.
During the show, RCN will feature live demonstrations of the fully automatic machine LIA in operation. The machine has a configuaration of 2+4. What does it really mean? That visitors are invited to come to RCN’s booth and discover the technology behind it.
The patented RD CLEAN CONCEPT will also be on display and under demonstration at the LIA 2+4.
It is important to remember that lamination is the final stage in a series of glass-processing operations, and that the preceding processes play a crucial role in achieving the required quality and safety standards.
The laminating interlayer plays a fundamental role in ensuring the performance and reliability of laminated glass. RCN’s REVA BF has been developed according to rigorous quality criteria and meets the highest standards of performance enabling waste reduction.
Bending furnaces, structured for special curves, and chemical tempering come into play too, one providing the realization of perfect and complex curves while the other provides glass with the essential strength and mechanical resistance, ensuring complete flatness and the absence of optical anisotropy.
The participation to the show would not be possible without a professional team considering this event a strong opportunity for bonding and collaboration. Eleven persons will be available at the RCN’s booth in Hall 12 / booth C45, including engineers and specialists to listen to customers’ projects and suggest the best to meet their requirements.
