POLFLAM® BR fire-resistant bent glass, as well as our fire-resistant flat glass, were both used in the glazing for the BONARKA underground car park’s stunning entryway.

The BONARKA Shopping Centre, located in Kraków’s historic Podgórze District, was built on the site of former cement and chemical factories. This contemporary, light-filled mall radically changed the character of Kraków’s riverside section of town.

The complex was constructed in 2009 of high quality natural materials, such as stone and wood, in a nod to its industrial beginnings and 19th century Polish marketplace feel. Numerous glazings throughout the building were designed to illuminate the many shops and promenades with natural light.

POLFLAM® BR fire-resistant bent glass, as well as our fire-resistant flat glass, were both used in the glazing for the BONARKA underground car park’s stunning entryway, reflecting beautifully the architectural themes of the rest of the Centre.
