FeneTech has made the difficult decision to cancel their annual user conferences scheduled for June 1-3 in Aurora, Ohio, and June 9-10 in Vienna Austria.

“Nothing is more important to us than the well-being of our customers and employees around the world,” affirmed FeneTech Inc. President & CEO Ron Crowl. “FeneTech’s annual conferences are our chance to share with our users the exciting enhancements we’ve made in our ERP software during the past year, and it’s our users’ opportunity to share with us their future needs. Over the next few weeks, instead of planning for our usual face-to-face gathering, we’ll be focusing on how we can best share these enhancements with our customers in a virtual environment.”

Since 2002, FeneTech has hosted its user conference each June in Cleveland, Ohio, and since 2016 in destination cities in Europe. Over the years, the conference has evolved from a gathering of 12 attendees to more than 200 FeneVision users attending over 60 sessions at last year’s events.

“As we explore how we’ll share with you the latest software enhancements and collect data and information that will help shape our development plans in the coming year, we want to thank you for trusting in us to continue supporting you during this unprecedented time,” said Horst Mertes, CEO FeneTech Europe. “This is a new frontier for all of us, but we’re confident that our decision to cancel these conferences is in the best interest of all FeneTech stakeholders.”

FeneTech employees will continue their mission “… to provide the best products, service and support to each and every customer—every single day.”
