The 2026 BEC Conference welcomed over 650 participants to Louisville, Kentucky, for premier programming focused on the challenges the industry is facing.

Naming many of those headwinds, including increased performance requirements as well as supply chain issues and project delays, NGA President and CEO Lakisha A. Woods opened the conference by reassuring the audience that NGA was there to support them. “We exist to support the glass and glazing community, and that means providing you with the technical resources, training programs, advocacy efforts and industry connections you need not just to survive, but to thrive,” she said.

This year's event featured heavy-hitting education sessions, including an economic update from Dodge Momentum Index, practical tools and strategies for today's businesses, including how to implement AI now for everyday work. Plus, a bourbon tasting and comedic keynote to top it off.
