This system ensures that W.A. Wilson Glass Plus offers the highest standards of product quality, which their customers have come to expect.

Tim Moore, VP of Process Engineering at W.A. We are pleased with the improvements it has brought to our production line inspections.”

This investment continues a long-standing partnership between W.A. Wilson Glass Plus and Softsolution. The relationship began in 2016 when W.A. Wilson first adopted Softsolution’s VirtualDigitizing software to convert customer-supplied templates into DXF files for cutting. The success of that first investment laid the foundation for ongoing collaboration, culminating in the acquisition of the LiteSentry Osprey system for tempering in 2017, and upgrades to the latest Osprey 10 system in 2022. The LiteSentry-Softsolution LineScanner is a great downstream quality addition to W. A. Wilson Glass Plus’s current capabilities.

As W.A. Wilson Glass Plus continues to expand its capabilities, the integration of advanced inspection technologies like the LineScanner underscores their commitment to innovation and excellence in the glass industry.
