The American fund Elliott has relaunched the offer of Sisecam. The new auction is scheduled for April 18th.

Elliott could re-launch with an improvement offer of at least 10% and so it was done with the offer presented last Friday.

The American fund Elliott will participate - together with Sisecam - at the auction scheduled for April 18th, in which we will discover the new temporary contractor of one of the largest glass producers in Southern Italy.
