Mappi invests in the future, invests in knowledge and sharing. Mappi invests in young talents.

Thursday, November 14, Mappi once again opened its doors to high school students, the same ones that in a few years will be the candidates to transform themselves from spectators into actors in the concrete production of tempering furnaces. This meeting was part of PMI Day 2019, an initiative of Confindustria (the Italian industry association) which reached its tenth edition this year.

This year the students came from the Guglielmo Marconi school in Latina. Accompanied by their professors they met up with the Mappi staff, touching the different phases of the design and production of machines as complex as refined as the Mappi tempering furnaces.

We were particularly pleased to discover that the most important topic that students will study this year is Industry 4.0, which for some years has been at the center of our company's evolutionary path, both through the implementation of complex control systems and functionality increasingly refined, both with the close collaboration with Siemens and its MindSphere system, which brings the 4.0 in the industry to a level never reached before.

Mappi is a company that has always invested in young people, in innovation, in professionalism. We were happy to participate in the PMI Day 2019, ready to welcome the 2020 edition too.
