The Novatech Group, manufacturer of steel entry doors, doorglass, patio doors and insulated glass, and Laurier, manufacturer of glass products, are proud and delighted to announce that Laurier has joined Novatech.

This transaction is the result of a growth plan that will unite the strengths of both companies and position us as leaders in the high-rise, commercial and glass markets.

Laurier will now be known as Laurier Architectural. Mélanie Mercier will lead this new Novatech subsidiary, which will continue to offer all our current and future customers products that meet their expectations in terms of quality, design and performance.

Laurier has a great reputation in the manufacturing of glass products. Their main products are value-added insulating glass, heat soar, spandrel, digital print and lamination, mainly for commercial, institutional, high-rise and manufacturing applications. Laurier is a third-generation family business with more than 150 employees, located in Laurier-Station in the Quebec City area. The quality of their products and their outstanding customer service have made Laurier's success for nearly 70 years.

Founded in 1982, Novatech is a leading manufacturer of steel entry doors, doorglass, patio doors and insulated glass. They operate 15 ultra-modern facilities in Canada, the United States and France. Their strong culture of innovation and ongoing improvement makes Novatech a key leader in the market. The CDPQ (Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec) is their strategic partner since 2012.
