The Novatech Group, manufacturer of steel entry doors, doorglass, patio doors and insulated glass, and Laurier, manufacturer of glass products, are proud and delighted to announce that Laurier has joined Novatech.

This transaction is the result of a growth plan that will unite the strengths of both companies and position us as leaders in the high-rise, commercial and glass markets.

"Laurier's expertise, knowledge, ability and reputation are some of the elements that will complement our plants in Anjou, St-Agapit and St-Apollinaire and will distinguish ourselves in the glass industry. Synergies between Laurier and Novatech and our shared values will ensure the success of our partnership", states Harold Savard, President and CEO of the Novatech Group.

Laurier will now be known as Laurier Architectural. Mélanie Mercier will lead this new Novatech subsidiary, which will continue to offer all our current and future customers products that meet their expectations in terms of quality, design and performance.

"Always responsive to our customers' needs, this partnership with Novatech represents an excellent opportunity to pursue our vision of being recognized by our customers as the best supplier of value-added glass products and the partner of choice for their development. By combining the expertise of our experienced teams, we will succeed all together", say Mélanie and Caroline Mercier, respectively General Manager and Strategic Procurement and Estimation Manager of Laurier Architectural.
