Forel "High Tech" IG Line is the result of over 45 years of know-how in IG processing machinery.

In this last video, it is possible to see a "High Tech" line processing standard, shaped, stepped and triple glazed units using “T-Shape” flexible spacer.

The main actor of this process is the Forel automatic “T-Shape” flexible spacer applicator Art. AT : a highly technological solution that can be easily integrated into an existing line either replacing or as an alternative to a rigid frame assembly station.

The reels of flexible spacer are kept in a specific cabin, equipped with an air humidity control system, which maintains the necessary conditions for a proper storage. When the glass pane arrives, the flexible spacer is fed through a mechanical system which removes the protective film from both sides of the spacer itself and applies the PIB sealant on it. A patented buffer compensator prepares the required length of spacer to be applied and the applicator operating head then applies it on the perimeter surface of the pane.

Fast, accurate, reliable.
