Şişecam Flat Glass Launches its New Products at ‘Eurasia Glass Fair’

Şişecam Flat Glass, one of the largest flat glass manufacturers in the world, attends ‘Eurasia Glass Fair 2019’. With its innovative products exhibited at ‘Eurasia Glass Fair 2019’, organized at Tüyap Istanbul Fair and Congress Center, Şişecam Flat Glass attracts the attention of fair visitors.

Şişecam Flat Glass, the leader of Turkish flat glass market and the largest manufacturer of Europe, attended Eurasia Glass Fair 2019, organized at Tüyap Istanbul Fair and Congress Center. Also exhibiting at the Fair the new temperable products with high performance in providing efficient thermal insulation and solar control, besides its decorative glasses, the industry professionals that visit the booth of Şişecam Flat Glass received information on the energy saving glass products, while showing great interest in Isıcam K 3+ Test Tunnel where they had the chance to test and experience the superior insulation characteristics of Isıcam against heat and cold.

The outstanding products of Şişecam Flat Glass at the Fair:

• Şişecam Ultra Strong Laminated Glass, which is manufactured by combining two glass panes under heat and pressure by means of stronger and more durable layers and which has a higher security performance characteristics in comparison with the traditional laminated glasses, provides extra strength and security for structural glazing applications such as façades, glass floors, glass staircases, and glass balustrades where a higher level of security is required. Offering a more efficient performance opportunity for architects in structural glazing, Şişecam Ultra Strong Laminated Glass minimizes the physical injury risks as it keeps standing rigid for a longer period than standard PVB in case of glass breakage incidents.

• “Şişecam Temperable Solar Control Low-E Glass Neutral 60/28”, a new triple silver product, provides a solution for the different needs of residence, school, hospital, scenic house, and hotel projects in addition to the mixed-use projects where low reflection and neutral effects with perfect selectivity come to the fore thanks to higher light transmission and maximum solar control.

• With its high light transmission and 1.0 W/m2K U Value, “Şişecam Temperable Solar Control Low-E Glass Neutral 70/37” is preferred in residences, villas and store front glazing where neutral appearance and low reflection are required.

• “Şişecam Temperable Lacquered Glass” obtained by applying a specially developed temperable paint on flat glass offers aesthetic and stylish solutions on façades with spandrel glass applications, besides their decorative use for interior applications.
