IGE Names Spicer to GM/COO Position

Spicer has been a key element of the IGE organization for almost 14 years and has a deep knowledge of the products, services, and machinery that the IGE represents and offers throughout North America.

Given the enormous growth that IGE has experienced over the past three decades and is poised to experience in the coming years, including an expansion into the window & door and automotive market, it’s critical that I support the vision of IGE's founder and CEO, Michael Spellman, and Martin Bracamonte, IGE’s President”, Spicer said.

“As Martin focuses outside of the office on further developing the business for the highly sophisticated automated machinery we represent, and our entrance into new markets, I will focus on IGE’s internal operations.  This is a very exciting time for all of us, and the IGE team is prepared for the challenge.“

Spicer will not only support Bracamonte but he will also still be heavily engaged with IGE’s founder and Chief Executive Officer, Michael Spellman, in the day to day operations of IGE.

“This is a another great moment for IGE. We continue our amazing growth and we need to make sure our operational excellence doesn’t ever skip a beat. I know Jeff will deliver only the best for us as I’ve seen it day in and day out from him since he started with us back in 2005,” Spellman said.

For Bracamonte, this promotion of Spicer was another major move for IGE.

“We are constantly innovating and having Jeff in the COO role gives me great confidence that everything we do externally and every piece of business growth we experience will be fully reinforced by Jeff being in this new position, Bracamonte added.”
