HHH Tempering Resources expands North American presence of IGis insulated glass (IG) machinery.

The new partnership offers fabricators in the U.S., Canada and Mexico proven automated IG technology with HHH’s leading technical service and support.

With over 500 automated IG lines operating worldwide, the complete IG production line headlines the IGis machinery portfolio. Fabricators can seal, press and frame 120-160 IG units per hour with IGis’ patented automation process. The machine also minimizes glass contamination and processing times.

The automated IG lines and ancillary processing equipment can be configured to meet fabricator specifications. In addition to the automated line, HHH now provides the following IGis equipment:

  • Automatic Spacer Bender
  • Desiccant Filling Station
  • Butyl Extruder
  • 2-part Secondary Sealing Machine
  • Sealing Table
  • Hot Melt Sealing Machine
  • Vertical Washers and more!

“Our team is proud to provide IGis automation technology to the U.S. fabrication community,” Mike Synon, HHH President said. “When selecting a IG manufacturer to partner with, IGis was a clear choice due to their multiple technology patents, dedication to quality and global performance.”

Fabricators interested in learning more about the benefits provided by IGis technology and HHH technical support can connect with HHH technical leaders at GlassBuild 2019 in Atlanta or visit www.HHHTempering.com/IGis for more information.
