The LiteSentry™ on-line visual inspection system measures optical distortion in heat-treated and laminated glass. Roll distortion data is provided for every lite.

Real-time feedback allows operators to properly adjust furnace parameters to consistently improve product quality. Utilizing patented optics, high-speed CCD cameras and unique algorithms, the LiteSentry™ is a superior measurement tool.
LiteSentry™ is a real-time automatic machine vision inspection system designed for the severe environment of a glass fabrication plant. Utilizing digital image capture and direct processing, LiteSentry™ offers superior pixel resolution and processing speed.
