The TU Darmstadt is one of the leading technical universities in Germany and known worldwide for its pioneering and research achievements.

In doing so, the university concentrates on technology-related issues, tests new paths and opens up new opportunities.



Dipl. - Ing. Navid Pourmoghaddam - scientific assistant in the field of civil engineering and environmental engineering - decided at the end of 2017 to use a Glass IQ CulletScanner to check the fragment analysis and anisotropies in glass.

 

Since many years, Softsolution provides quality inspection systems for transparent products, mainly within the flat glass industry. The intention is to check these products according the correct dimensions, defects within or on the surface of glass as well as planarity. All these challenges result in a wide range of image recording components, developed and used in-house within industrial environment.
