On the 16th of August the Press Glass NA Inc., sister company of Press Glass SA, purchased 100% of the share capital of the Glass Dynamics Inc., located in the North Carolina, USA.

Founded in 1986, Glass Dynamics has established itself as a high quality glass fabricator primarily supplying the commercial glazing industry. Operating from the 9.000 m2 facility the company primarily services the Mid and Southern Atlantic U.S. area.

Product offerings include Heat Treating, Insulated Glass Units, Laminate, Spandrel, Back Painting, Digital Printing, Silk Screening, Sandblasting, Edging, Polishing, Drilling, and Milling. The company also fabricates and supplies interior and exterior All Glass Systems, Laminated Glass Canopies, and supporting hardware.

Glass Dynamics produces 150.000 m2 of glass units and high processed single glass yearly. The employment amounts 130 employees.

The company reaches an annual turnover $18M US Dollars. Working as a team with current employees, directors, and management the company plans to expand its product offering, increase capacity, while continuing top tier customer service.

Established in 2016 and located  in New York (USA), the Press Glass NA Inc. represents Press Glass brand on the North America market.
