Orgadata Begins a New Era: Now under the Forterro Umbrella

It marks a milestone for our industry: Orgadata is proactively taking the next step to strengthen its leading market position. Under the Forterro umbrella, Orgadata will form a new division, 'Forterro Windows & Doors,' headquartered in Leer, Germany. This lays a solid foundation for shared, sustainable growth.

The customary regulatory approvals are currently underway, with a positive outcome expected in the first quarter of 2025. Until then, Orgadata and Forterro will continue to operate completely independently.

This acquisition represents a significant step in the growth strategy of Orgadata and Forterro. With its scale, expertise, and established processes, Forterro is ideally positioned to complement our strengths and drive innovation forward. At the same time, Orgadata provides Forterro with a gateway into the windows, doors, and curtain wall sector, adding a new dimension to Forterro’s portfolio that extends beyond ERP and production solutions.
