NorthGlass low-e coating line for JOMOO in China

Founded in 2003, Fujian Xihe Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd. integrates R&D, manufacturing, sales and service. The products cover showers and shower rooms which are the leading sanitary products in China. As the largest subsidiary of the Jomoo Group, in order to achieve the goal of “100 Billion Jomoo”, a new glass plant has been built since 2016, and various types of glass deep processing equipment are planned.

At the same time, NorthGlass Coating Technology BU took the advantage of internal information sharing of NorthGlass to make contact with the customer. After several months of negotiations, the customer finally decided to send the bid-winning notice that was already prepared for another coating equipment supplier to NorthGlass.

In April 2018, the equipment arrived at the customer site as scheduled, and the installation and testing work was completed in July. After the perfect trial production in 3 months, NorthGlass passed the internal control of Jomoo Group with high beat, high output and excellent stability.

On January 8th, 2019, NorthGlass Coating Technology BU was invited to participate in the Global Supplier Conference held by Jomoo Group. At the meeting, when talking with the Coating Technology BU sales, the project leader of the Xihe Sanitary Ware Project praised "We choose NorthGlass, because it’s a big brand, we believe in your quality and service, Jomoo and NorthGlass are strong and united. It’s a win-win situation!"

There are more than 20 coating line projects of Coating Technology BU since its inception, most of which are about architectural coatings. The successful acceptance of the high-end brand Fujian Xihe sanitary ware project marks that the Coating Technology BU has successfully opened up a new market field and further strengthened the high-end product strategy of NorthGlass.
