Date: 14 October 2026
Visitors can discover the exhibit at Technology Live Booth 11C27 and meet the NorthGlass team at Booth 12A55.
Inspired by the form of clouds, “CLOUD” is manufactured using NorthGlass’s latest generation of self-developed automated multi-curved glass tempering production line. Featuring a maximum arch height of 150 mm and a continuously twisted multi-curvature surface, the glass combines smooth curvature transitions with a soft, pure visual appearance.
The exhibit uses a double-glass laminated composite process to achieve consistent curvature matching between the two glass panels. This approach maintains optical consistency while providing excellent structural strength and laminated safety performance.
Advanced Automation for Complex Glass Shapes
NorthGlass’s new generation of automated multi-curved glass tempering equipment incorporates an upgraded 3D drawing-based automatic data generation system. A servo-driven rotation system converts 3D surface models directly into precise processing parameters, significantly improving production efficiency.
The high-precision servo control system also ensures repeatability and process stability, allowing replacement panels to be produced quickly and consistently without additional parameter adjustments.
This advanced production line will further expand NorthGlass’s capabilities in manufacturing high-quality multi-curved bent glass products. By supporting the growing demand for freeform architectural designs, the technology helps architects translate ambitious creative concepts into reality.
NorthGlass invites architects, industry professionals and visitors to discover the “CLOUD” Multi-Curved Glass exhibit at glasstec 2026.
