Tapio Volanen, Chairman of the Board of Sparklike Oy, on behalf of the Board of Directors said:

"Mr. Atte Kuusisto has been chosen to succeed Jukka. Atte has successful experience of both demanding sales and sales management roles as well as profitable business growth. Atte comes from the IT services industry, where he has worked for Hewlett-Packard, Cap Gemini and most recently CGI. Atte will start as CEO of Sparklike on May 9, 2022.

On behalf of the entire board and Sparklike Team, I would like to thank Jukka for his work and for serving as the CEO of Sparklike for the past two years.

I know that with Atte, we’ll get more momentum and energy to build Sparklike’s well-launched success story. As a company, we have unique measurement solutions, great global customers and, above all, a wonderful, committed and competent staff.

The recent rise in energy prices has caused and will continue to put increasing pressure on improving energy efficiency and thus will also increase the demand on our solutions. The pressure exerted by the authorities to reduce greenhouse gas emissions will also accelerate the construction industry's investment in better-quality construction. This is a great situation for Sparklike and our solutions. Globally."
