GlassRenu LLC, and ADI get together after very successful glasstec 2018.

GlassRenu LLC, the glass industry’s premier leader for providing a patented solution for removing scratches and acid damage from glass and ADI srl, a prominent worldwide leading manufacturer in the production of diamond tools for stone, ceramics, mechanics, glass and optics have entered into a global distribution partnership following a very successful showing at the bi-annual glasstec International Trade Fair in Germany October 23-26.

This exclusive global distribution partnership will primarily be for the OEM and glass fabrication industries as well as associated adjacent market spaces. The initial focus areas will consist of North America and Europe first with significant plans to roll out to the rest of the world, including more than 40 global markets in an orderly fashion.

ADI is known for its quality and innovation within the diamond tooling market space, while GlassRenu has changed the glass repair business forever with it’s groundbreaking technology. Given the synergy between both company’s respective product offerings and business models, this partnership will lead to increased success for both firms.

Cody Thomas, Owner and Director of Business Development for GlassRenu is very pleased with this agreement and the next steps ahead.

“At GlassRenu we have always recognized the dominance in the glass grinding/polishing market that ADI represents.  With their strong and extensive global distribution network and a commitment to excellence, the decision for GlassRenu to work with ADI was a very easy one to make.”

Dr.Dino Zandonella Necca,  CEO of ADI Srl., also shares in the excitement of this agreement.

"We are thrilled to represent GlassRenu worldwide as we may combine the strength of our distribution network with the incredible potential of the product as there is a large hidden need to fulfill."

This partnership addressed those needs and Thomas pointed out the details.

“The matter of scratched or damaged glass and how to truly and successfully restore it without any visible distortion is major issue. I am confident that this arrangement betweek ADI and GlassRenu will help revolutionize the way the industry addresses this single most pervasive problem faced by companies large and small within all facets of the “Glass Industry” as a whole. It was pretty clear to me after GlassRenu and ADI worked together on reaching this agreement that ADI recognized how they can use this disruptive technology within the market space.“

GlassRenu will be working with ADI staff over the coming months to develop and roll out in the initial markets of North America, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Turkey, and the Czech Republic, with an annual goal of opening a minimum of five markets a year for the next four years, however given the size of Europe and the close proximity of the individual nations, there is potential that Europe will most likely be accelerated compared to the other continents GlassRenu and ADI will be selling into.
