GlassRenu LLC and ADI srl. Enter into Global Distribution Partnership

GlassRenu LLC, the glass industry’s premier leader for providing a patented solution for removing scratches and acid damage from glass and ADI srl, a prominent worldwide leading manufacturer in the production of diamond tools for stone, ceramics, mechanics, glass and optics have entered into a global distribution partnership following a very successful showing at the bi-annual glasstec International Trade Fair in Germany October 23-26. 

This exclusive global distribution partnership will primarily be for the OEM and glass fabrication industries as well as associated adjacent market spaces. The initial focus areas will consist of North America and Europe first with significant plans to roll out to the rest of the world, including more than 40 global markets in an orderly fashion.

ADI is known for its quality and innovation within the diamond tooling market space, while GlassRenu has changed the glass repair business forever with it’s groundbreaking technology. Given the synergy between both company’s respective product offerings and business models, this partnership will lead to increased success for both firms.

This partnership addressed those needs and Thomas pointed out the details.

GlassRenu will be working with ADI staff over the coming months to develop and roll out in the initial markets of North America, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Turkey, and the Czech Republic, with an annual goal of opening a minimum of five markets a year for the next four years, however given the size of Europe and the close proximity of the individual nations, there is potential that Europe will most likely be accelerated compared to the other continents GlassRenu and ADI will be selling into.
