The Art. AS flexible spacer applicator offers perfect adhesion of the flexible spacer (such as the Super Spacer) and can be fitted as an alternative or in addition to traditional rigid frame processing.

The main feature of the Art. AS applicator is that the reel of the flexible spacer is installed directly on the mobile unit. This particular configuration guarantees speed and practicality when changing the width of the spacer, minimising the machine's downtime. Moreover, the presence of the on-board reel minimises the waste of the material used.

Art. AS is able to process both rectangular and shaped panes. When processing the rectangular ones, the applicator can acquire the dimensions of the pane in self-learning mode.

The Art. AS applicator is also available in the special "High Speed" line configuration: in this line model, two applicators work simultaneously, slashing productiontimes.
