BOST-NPPU1 is a kind mixture of micro-balls with moderate hardness and a variety of glass anti-stain and fresh-keeping materials, products sprayed on the glass surface to extend anti-stain rate and prevent the glass surface from being scratched, it could be easily washed away by water, suitable for float glass production lines and glass processing.

BOST-MP01
BOST-MP01 is a moderately hard insulating material, tiny spheres sprayed on the surface of Low-E glass to prevent scratches between coated glass. The material does not cause any corrosion to the film on the Low-E glass. The gap between the sheets is similar to the thickness of the paper. The separation powder can be removed with a soft brush or swept away with compressed air. It can also be easily washed off by water. It is applied to the isolation pad of the online Low-E glass sheet.

BOST-GP05 is an isolation material with moderate hardness, suitable for coating products such as low-e and TCO. It is sprayed on the glass surface to prevent scratches on the glass film layer, and the material is easy to be washed off by water.

BOST-HL01
BOST-HL01 is a white powder compound which has several kind of anti-stain material, dissolved in purified water, then form the glass anti-stain coating. And then spray and coated on the glass surface. it could delay and prevent the glass stain, and easily cleaned by water.

Using Method
- In accordance with the BOST-HL01 0.8% to 2% by weight concentration dissolved in pure water to form a liquid glass mold.

BOST-CLG1
BOST-CLG1 glass cutting fluid characteristics

· Handling and storage
Use of safety protective gloves is recommended. the products are flammable and explosive, do not keep it at a place near strong alkali, fire and heat.
BOST-AC01
Severe glass mold can generally not be removed, mild mold or paper marks can be removed by polishing. However, the cost of polishing is too high, and the result of polishing is prone to optical deformation of the glass surface. BOST-AC01 Glass Cleaner is a white or pink viscous powder that can quickly remove mild glass mold, paper marks, and dirt without damaging the glass surface.
Preparation method
- Put 1 part of BOST-AC01 glass cleaner into a container.
- Add 20-40 parts of water (weight concentration is about 2.5%~5%).
- Stir until completely dissolved, that is, to form a glass mildew removal cleaning solution.
Applicable Condition 1 (glass mold removal)
- Dip a cotton gauze with the glass mildew cleaning solution and wipe the glass surface. If the area is large, use a cotton gauze mop to dip the mildew cleaning solution on the glass surface and wipe the glass surface; then rinse the treated glass with clean water ( or use a washing machine).
- For batch light moldy glass or glass that is difficult to clean, pour BOST-AC01 glass cleaning agent into the circulating water tank of the washing machine, and prepare a solution. The general weight concentration is between 2.5% and 5% (the concentration depends on the glass). (depending on the specific mold situation), then wash it with water, and increase the cleaning capacity of the washing machine if necessary.
Applicable Condition 2 (Conventional glass treatment)
- For the pretreatment of deep processing glass, the mildew removal cleaning solution can be sprayed on the surface of the glass before the glass is washed, or the surface of the glass can be wiped.
- Rinse the treated glass with clean water (or use a washing machine).
Safety Instructions
- This product is a non-toxic substance, and the solution is acidic.
- Acid-proof gloves must be worn during operation.
- Avoid prolonged skin contact, wash with soap and water when in contact with the skin, and rinse with plenty of water if it touches the eyes accidentally.
