The Window and Door Manufacturers Association (WDMA) announced today that Teknos US Inc. is the newest member of the association.

The Window & Door Manufacturers Association defines the standards of excellence in the residential and commercial window, door, and skylight industry and advances these standards among industry members while providing advocacy resources, educational and professional programs, and ways for members to provide greater value to their customers.

North Carolina paint manufacturer, Teknos US, services window and door manufacturers throughout the USA and South America. The company is renowned for their quality finishes for these products as well as their in-depth knowledge of the joinery industry, its processes and requirements.

Teknos US is part of Teknos, a global coatings business headquartered in Helsinki, Finland and operating in over 20 countries. The company offers paints and coatings for industry, building professionals and consumers and last year made net sales of over $456 million. Established in 1948 the Group is one of Finland’s largest family-owned businesses.
