Sparklike Online™ on display at GPD 2019

GPD will be held in Tampere between the 25th and the 28th of June 2019.

Sparklike Online™ allows IG-line integrated and non-destructive measurement of argon concentration for triple and double glazed insulating glass units, also through coatings and laminated glasses. The first installation of this innovative system has already been finalized, the client is Glaseksperten A/S from Denmark.

Sparklike Online™ has been installed and integrated into a state-of-the-art IG line in Denmark. Glaseksperten A/S wanted to have a full controlled system to maintain and monitor their quality. Understandably so, since they have over 25 years’ experience in glass processing and a vast quality conscious clientele, which is both national and international. THE BRIGHT FUTURE OF SPARKLIKE ONLINE™

The great interest towards Sparklike's newest innovation is easy to understand, since Sparklike Online™ gives the opportunity to IG-manufacturers worldwide to control the proper functioning of the gas press in an automated way. Similar installations have already been realised with Sparklike Laser™ measuring components, but now everything is available ready-made, including installation, commissioning and training.

Furthermore, the measurement system's dimensions and speed are compatible with all kinds of IG-lines and the level of integration can be adapted based on the customer’s needs and product line requirements.
