A key highlight is the light-filled agora, where OKASOLAR 3D ensures optimal daylighting, glare control, and energy efficiency—creating the perfect environment for bright young minds to thrive.

At the new Wim-Wenders-Gymnasium in Düsseldorf, community takes center stage: The architectural design by agn Niederberghaus & Partner consists of four three-story buildings arranged in a windmill-like formation – a layout that fosters communication while providing diverse outdoor spaces. A key architectural highlight is the light-flooded agora, where OKASOLAR 3D plays a crucial role.

This high-performance insulating glass integrates a three-dimensional, highly reflective solar control grid within the cavity. The system allows unobstructed northern views, prevents direct sunlight penetration at any time of the year, and distributes diffuse daylight evenly, creating a well-lit and comfortable learning environment.
