LineScanner - high precision dimension control of glass for drill holes, cutouts, notches and much more!

The LineScanner inspects transparent flat glass products for all quality and dimensional defects: single lites, insulating glass, automotive glass, fabricated glass, polycarbonate or films. The scanning system convinces by highest precision, is easy to handle and has a modular, expandable construction.

Available as an additional option to the LineScanner, the exact distance measurement (in short EDM) enables high precision dimensional measurement of the scanned glass, e.g. for cutouts, drill holes, drill hole position and so on. No other system can perform such exact dimension control (+/- 0.25 mm) while scanning inline during ongoing production.
