ISOLAR Glas has announced that it will cease production at its Klagenfurt, Austria facility at the end of the year.

The decision follows several years of increasingly challenging economic conditions. Despite extensive efforts, the company was unable to sufficiently offset or pass on the significantly rising costs of energy, materials, personnel, and services.

After carefully evaluating all available options, company leadership determined that an orderly closure of the facility is necessary. The financial resources required for this process have been secured by the owners.

The company extends its sincere gratitude to all employees in Austria, recognizing their many years of valuable contributions. Management emphasizes that the decision was made with a heavy heart, yet with a clear sense of entrepreneurial and operational responsibility.
