The buildings` facades are glazed with Guardian SunGuard® SNX 60, a triple silver coated solar control glass that offers a highly desirable, consistent, neutral, transparent appearance – regardless of the viewing angle.

Located in the centre of The Hague’s Beatrix Quarter, the Monarch III building comprises two residential towers with a total of 248 rental apartments. The ground floor offers 350m² of hospitality facilities and 146 parking spaces.

Designed in the shape of a triangle, Monarch III building’s glazed façades and high windows accentuate the prestigious location’s allure and provide spectacular views from every floor over the city centre. On a clear day, from the boardroom on the top floor, it is possible to see the pier at Scheveningen beach. As well as offices, there are also retail outlets and other amenities on the ground floor.

The buildings` facades are glazed with Guardian SunGuard® SNX 60, a triple silver coated solar control glass that offers a highly desirable, consistent, neutral, transparent appearance – regardless of the viewing angle. Internal coloured reflection is optimised, adding a much more neutral tone to the glass when viewed from the inside of the building. SNX 60 lets in 60% of natural daylight combined with just 29% of the solar heat in a standard double glazing unit – one of the highest selectivity products on the market today.
