A management buy-out has resulted in a change of ownership at FRENER & REIFER, with 85% of the company‘s property being taken over by an in-house management/external investment team led by former CFO and new CEO Christian Ciliberto.

This operation completes the transition from family business to management-led company.

This change also consolidates the long-term strategy, which will continue to focus on the development and implementation of facades and custom constructions of the highest quality. The company‘s excellence in this field has been established over decades and made it a world-renowned leader and brand for technically and qualitatively sophisticated building envelopes.

The company would like to thank Georg Frener and Franz Reifer, who founded the company almost 45 years ago, for their decision to entrust the continuing existence of the company to in-house management, thus ensuring that the existing values and corporate mission can be maintained in the long term.
