AVANTI's LineScanner for High-Speed Inspection

AVANTI Windows & Doors as leading manufacturer and installation contractor of vinyl window and door systems throughout the South & Southwest, knew to reach out to SOFTSOLUTION when the time for quality inspection at their new Erdman IG line came up. Avanti already uses a LineScanner on another one of their Erdman lines for patio doors. 



The new, recently installed LineScanner provides Avanti with an automatic, reliable way of inspecting glass without the need of an operator. This is a first-of-its-kind line for Erdman that allows AVANTI to produce IG units using duraseal spacer at a high rate of speed. This new line can produce standard rectangular units as well as shapes.
