Wing Zrt. has completed the development of a new nine-story, 100,000 square-meter office building which will serve as the new joint headquarters of Magyar Telekom and T-Systems.

The building will provide a working area for 4,000 employees, with the companies agreeing to a 15-year long-term rental agreement with owner Wingʼs subsidiary.

"The Telekom headquartersʼ world-class building is evidence for the fact, that with a professional performance, we have the capability to create an international-level building in Hungary," said Wing Chairman and CEO Noah Steinberg.

On average, around 1,000 experts, along with 150 suppliers and subcontractors, worked on the project every day for approximately 28 months. Over the course of the construction, over 26,000 sqm of sheet-glass was used, along with 80,000 cubic meters of concrete and 10,000 tons of reinforced steel.

The two tenants have already began setting up furniture and IT equipment, and are expected to move their employees into the new HQ soon, according to the press release.

The development also offers a 2,000 sqm inside garden area with a 150 sqm pond. Furthermore, a fitness center and panoramic running track can be found on the roof level.

The architectural planning was carried out by TIBA Architects Studio, with construction work carried out by Market Építő.
